COGG 35th Birthday Dinner

COGG celebrated its 35th birthday with a dinner at Bernardo Heights Country Club attended by 112 members and guests. Marty Judge, COGG Vice President, served as emcee and Logan Jenkins, a long-time columnist with the Union Tribune, was the featured speaker. Visit the dinner wrap-up here.

COGG Field Trips

Periodically COGG has field trips to military bases such as Camp Pendleton and Miramar Naval Air Station, Presidential libraries including the Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan libraries, Balboa VA hospital, wounded warriors, the USS Midway Museum and more. All include a luncheon at the facility as well as a personally assigned escort/narrator. These trips are usually prepared 6 months to a year in advance, so for information or locations we suggest visiting the Luncheon Schedule page of this website.

Below are photos to recent COGG field trips.
